It’s been a little over a month since we launched a few new features to the site, many of which were designed to help real estate professionals market themselves on Zillow. I thought it would be fun to take a look at one of these features more closely — profile pages — and see some of Zillow’s most-viewed agent profiles.

It’s clear why these folks are getting views; they are posting homes for sale, asking and answering questions with the Home Q&A feature, contributing to the Real Estate Guide, and purchasing EZ Ads. They are active on Zillow, which means the more they contribute, the more a link to their profile appears, and the more clicks and views and possibly, business they recieve.

Below are are 6 profiles that have generated a high number of views. I have included a snippet from their profile along with a quick mention of why I found them interesting (in random order).

Mike Williams (531 views) - Prudential Premier Properties in Springfield, PA — “Mike Williams is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. Raised in Lansdowne, Pa., Mike is a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School and Drexel University and currently resides in Marple Township.”

Mike has 8 listings on Zillow in Pennsylvania.

Christine Guidry (192 views) - Terry Ford Realty in Goshen, NY — “I am an honest, hard-working, creative realtor and am part owner in a family-run boutique agency. At our agency we like to limit the number of clients we take on so that we can specialize in a high level of customer service. We work with residential and commercial buying, selling and renting of properties.”

Christine has one listing, has contributed to 16 pages within the Real Estate Guide, and has answered user questions such as this one.

Gary Don Simmons (475 views) - Windermere Real Estate in Redmond, WA — “My appreciation for real estate and the great Pacific Northwest stems from living here on Seattle’s eastside for more than twenty years. Born and raised in the building industry, I’ve spent the last 15 years as a licensed general contractor specializing in remodeling and renovating real estate. Having worked in numerous neighborhoods on the eastside, I have come to know the people, their homes and the neighborhoods in which they live.”

Gary has one listing and contributed to numerous Home Q&A conversations.

Jennifer Finger (299 views) - Sandlapper Real Estate Group in Charleston, SC — “’Your home is one of the most major financial investments you will make’ - so goes a real estate cliche, but one which is dangerous to ignore. I have found that many people base their purchase and sales decisions largely on emotion. My approach is to work as your Personal Real Estate Consultant in the Charleston area, who is there to provide you with the information you need to make a reasonable, rational decision. I will remain your link with reality so you can safely pursue your dream.”

Jennifer has been helpful to consumers by answering questions such as this one using Home Q&A.

Bonnie Wu (251 views) - First American Realty in Alhambra, CA — “For commercial real estate, we offer our clients a distinct advantage in real estate investment through our exceptional services and comprehensive portfolio management. Our focus goes beyond the single transaction to achieve a long term strategy for your real estate holdings. Among apartment buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings, retial / shopping center and land, we can find the perfect investment property to suit your investment needs. My teammates and I speak: English, Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korea, Spanish and Italian.”

Bonnie has one listing and answered questions from prospective buyers on her listing.

Weslee Chee (360 views) - RE/MAX Premier Properties in San Marino, CA —When you choose me , you’ll not only be getting a highly experienced, educated, and trained agent, you’ll also be able to sleep at night knowing you’re being cared for. Results and peace-of-mind… won’t that feel great.”

Weslee has reported several homes for sale, has one listing, and provided some great answers to user questions.

Good stuff. Have you checked to see how many views your profile is getting?

Hi Drew, Thanks for including me in your blog. Could you fix the spelling of Charleston next to my name (there’s no “w”).
