I want to know how one of my listing got onto your website. My Seller saw it and was very unhappy, since it had been posted she is receiving calls from other agents to try and list her home. Please help me with what I need to do to enter my name on the listing so that all the calls go directly to me, (per my Sellers request).
Thank you, Lisa Menard

Hi Lisa,
If your seller posted the listing, they can either edit it to include your contact details or take it down so that you can re-post it under your Zillow account. If another member of the Zillow community reported that the home is for sale, you should see a link to “take over your listing” - just click on it and follow the steps.
I hope that helps. If you’re still battling, please reply with the address of your listing.
