Yahoo! Real Estate Adds More Z’s….Round 3
By: Mark Eamer Director, Online Marketing | May 23, 2007
We are pleased to announce yet another phase in our partnership with Yahoo! Real Estate, which will continue to expose Zillow functionality on the largest Internet Web site in the world.
Building on our previous two integrations, the new Yahoo! Real Estate Home Valuation Tool now includes Zillow’s historical sale and tax information, beds/baths and square footage, plus comparable sales with historical prices and dates. In addition, a host of articles directly from Zillow’s Real Estate Guide are now included on the site. This is all in addition to the Zestimates and Zindex information that have been on the site since July, 2006.
As always, all of the Zillow functionality that is available on Yahoo! is also available to any Web site through Zillow’s API Network. Check it out!

Mark and team -
Thanks for your help and for the blog post. We’re excited to have expanded the Zillow functionality on our site and look forward to a continued strong relationship.
Your APIs were a breeze to develop against and we’re excited to have your wiki articles on our site, I know that our users will find them helpful.
Best,
Brian

I here lots of people talking about Zillow, but the funny thing is every time they talk about it they end the statement with, I wonder why their prices are so wrong. They usually say such and such Realtors website said my house was worth 50K or 60K more Or my house is just like this other house which sold for 40K more than zillow says mine is worth.
