Welcome, NCI and Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty!

We’ve mentioned our listings feed program a few times, which allows brokerages and other listings providers to automatically upload their listings to Zillow.com. We’ve made a point of highlighting some of our biggest partners, and today we’re announcing a couple more that will add even more listings to Zillow’s growing database.

First, we’d like to officially “welcome” Network Communications, Inc., who publishes The Real Estate Book, New Home Finder, New Homes Journal, New Homes & Ideas and Unique Homes, among others. NCI will be feeding us half a million listings from various brokerages across the US, and we couldn’t be more excited. Welcome, NCI!

The second partner-related announcement we’d like to make is Prudential California/Nevada/Texas Realty, which will feed approximately 3,500 listings to our site. Listings that are currently on PruRealty.com will be automatically pushed to Zillow.com, where consumers can find information about them and links back to Prudential’s Web site. We’re thrilled to have another franchise on board coming from such a trusted brand.

Both of these partnerships will be implemented in the coming months, and we’re looking forward to seeing them live on our site.
