Welcome Homes & Land

Homes and Land You’ve probably heard about Zillow’s listings feed program on this blog before, which enables brokerages and other listings providers to automatically upload their listings to Zillow.com. Today, we’d like to announce another partner — the Homes & Land publication is now syndicating more than 150,000 listings on a nightly basis to Zillow. This means that if you are an agent who uses the Homes & Land system, your listings will automatically be uploaded to Zillow for additional exposure.

Additionally, we’re thrilled that Homes & Land is now an API partner. Their development team has been doing a bit of coding; implementing the ability for people to retrieve Zestimates straight from their site.

RE/MAX of Boulder, Inc. will be submitting all of it’s listings to Zillow daily.

What if I already submit my listings feed to Zillow? Will there be duplication from Homes & Land?

Brad-
No, there shouldn’t be. Right now, the first xml feed that updates a specific property trumps everything else.
