Using Make Me Move™ to Get an Edge
By: Zillow Team, Zillow.com | November 30, 2007 |
Pretend you are a real estate agent. Now, imagine how happy your client would be if you found them their one-in-a-million dream home. Okay now, pretend you are a homeowner. Imagine how happy you would be if the next person to ring your doorbell was going to change your life by offering to buy your house at your dream price.
Our very own Spencer Rascoff recently wrote a post on his Active Rain blog that highlights how this dream could actually become reality through Zillow’s Make Me Move™ feature. The post focuses on why agents should think about using Make Me Move properties as additional inventory for their buyers to get their own edge in a competitive industry. Check it out!

I recently entered a “Make me move” price on my property. After that, I realized I set the price too low. Does anyone know how to change the “Make me move” price?
Thanks
I take back my last comment because upon closer examination, the left pane of the Zillow page had an edid “Make Me Move” info hyperlink. I hope this helps other unobservant people like myself.
Thanks everyone,
No worries — glad you got it figured out Pedro.
