Using Blogs to Your Advantage

I read a great post over at Active Rain today written by Carol Williams, a realtor in Wenatchee, WA—titled "Blogging for Bucks." If you are a real estate agent and thinking about blogging, it is certainly a "must-read." She talks a bit about the benefits she has received as a result of blogging—including improved search engine ranking (free advertising), dramatic increases in both site traffic and inquiries from prospective customers (clients), and a connection with an investment group that buys 3-6 homes per month. How’d she do it? Well, you’ll just have to go read the whole article to find out. Maybe this blogging thing can lead to increased dollars in your pocket as well!
