Trump Going Back to Russian Well

Donald Trump just sold his Palm Beach estate for $95 million to Russian fertilizer billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev and now, according to the NY Times, has enlisted the help of Russian-speaking broker Victoria Shtainer of Prudential Douglas Elliman to sell his sprawling, 10-room condo at 502 Park Avenue for $45 million. As the Donald said in the NYT article, “Russians love Palm Beach and they love New York.”
In clicking through the photo gallery, I just cannot bring myself to see Trump in any of these rooms. They look somewhat ordinary. Or, maybe they need to be staged better? Spencer also mentions the Trump sale over at the examiner at the Examiner.

That’s crazy! I cannot picture him in any of those rooms either. Especially the white kitchen, he is too complex for that. Is that a trash compactor in the corner there? I can’t believe those are not more popular in these new condos. The trash shoots are so small it would help and help condense garbage for the city to pick up.
This apartment must have been his starter up place.
