This week’s lineup of top-viewed homes on Zillow were as disparate and unique as their locations; there was not a common thread among them and they all had their own individual looks. Which got me thinking about the architectural style of a home, and how this comes into play when deciding whether or not to make a purchase. What if you love everything about the home — the flow, the backyard, the number of bedrooms —- yet it isn’t in the style that you always imagined? Is this something the average homeowner can get over, or is it a deal breaker? I would like to think the inside of a home will be the key factor when it comes time for me to pull the trigger, but who knows?
