Top Viewed For Sale Postings

In compiling the top viewed homes of the week, it was hard not to notice how spread out this group is. From Vancouver, Washington all the way down to Stratford, CT and in between, I think this might be the farthest apart our homes have been since we started to do this weekly feature. This got me thinking about moving across the country for some reason, likely as a result of an interesting article I read in Money magazine about the cost of relocating.
Did you know that the average cost of relocating is over $17,000?! Just shipping your stuff comes in at over $10,000. This was astonishing to me, but then again, my biggest move was taking our Suburban from Corvallis, OR to my dorm room just 5 hours away at the University of Washington. My entire life was in that SUV— and that was almost (well not quite almost) 10 years ago. My how things change. Today I would definitely need a moving van… or two to fit in all the “stuff” I have acquired since that fateful day.
And while there is no question that moving is a pain whether you are moving across the street or across the country, that ocean view in Fort Myers does look so good that it might just be worth it!

Previously, I’ve investigated your site and found that my house was listed incorrectly as a 3 bedroom home - which explained why the est.
price was way off (low). I did notify your organization several months ago regarding the discrepency and now see that my house is listed as a 4 bedroom. However, the previous low estimated value is still there!
I’ve also noticed errors w/other listings nearby. Your site is not worth
visiting if the infomation is unreliable.

Rob-
Please note that we’ll be using owner facts as an input into the zestimate calculation soon, but have not done so yet. Thanks for your patience.
