Top 10 Most Popular Kitchens on Zillow’s Dueling Digs

Since we launched Dueling Digs a few weeks back, I’ve found myself looking at the various winners practically every day. My favorite group? Hands down the kitchens. I actually love my own kitchen, but that doesn’t mean I can’t also drool over what else is out there. Looks like wood is pretty popular these days, and apparently California has some of the best kitchens around. So without further adieu, here are the top 10 Kitchen’s on Zillow’s Dueling Digs:

Thanks Greg! Knowing your passion for home photo’s that’s a real compliment. Dueling Digs rocks; it’s amazing how quickly it teases out your tastes. I’ve learned that I’ll probably overspend on my kitchen when we remodel.

Excellent photos. Perhaps you might consider listing the components, eg. Asko dishwasher, SubZero stainless side-by-side refrigerator with bottom freezer (love that), maple hardwood floors, etc. Any “green” appliances or resources would also be helpful to mention. Looks are nice, but what’s under the stove hood is important too.
The components may not be fitting in the Hot or Not section, which may be purely voyeuristic, but perhaps somewhere near by. Or maybe a Hot or Not for appliances?
Just some random thoughts.

Spencer from Zillow here. I am a huge fan of Dueling Digs. I’m using it right now to get remodeling ideas for my bathroom. It’s fun browsing through photos of other people’s homes and dreaming…
Maybe we should add a time element to this feature. 10 years from now it will be fun to be able to look back and see what the best photos of 2008 were. Imagine what the top kitchens of 1998 or 1978 looked like…
