The House That Tony Built…
By: Sarah Mann, Senior PR Specialist | June 11, 2007
I, as well as eight million others, spent Sunday night tuning into what was one of the most anticipated series finales in some time, and said good-bye to The Sopranos. Whether or not you agree with the way it all ended (that’s another blog post altogether), there is no denying the show’s place in history. To mark the occasion, we found the New Jersey home from the show in our database. While you can’t see any ducks in the pool, you will recognize the driveway that Tony walked down every morning to get his paper. Ah… the memories!

whats up with the Zestimate on this property? $965,314 seems very low with 1.46 acres of land and what looks like 10,000 sqft of living space

That Zestimate is definitely low and Zestimate accuracy in this area is more of a challenge than elsewhere. The reason for that is quite straight forward - note that we don’t have data about the home’s beds, baths or size - and that goes for all houses in this part of NJ. Without that data it’s a challenge to know which homes are similar and it’s therefore difficult to calculate highly accurate Zestimates.
Good question.

This blog tied together the Sopranos and real estate pretty well. It all gets back to who owns what and where: http://www.observer.com/2007/tony-carmella-pauley-and-gang-loved-real-estate-death
