   The sq. ft. you have for 802 Dolphin Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 32408 IS WRONG. The actual H&C is 1840 sq. ft. and the house was appraised for $327,000 over a year ago. If someone were looking to buy this property they would base their info on your site. It would be nice if you would get your info correct. Even the Propery Appraisers site states that the H&C is 1840 sq. ft., where do you get your info?

   PLEASE DON’T SHOW MY PROPERTY ON ZILLOW. YOU HAVE MY HOME AT 248K 3BED 0 BATHS 1900 SQR. FT. WELL YOUR CLOSE IT’S 5 BED 4FULL BATHS 3050 SQR FT. WHERE DO GET YOUR INFO,HOPE YOUR NOT PAYING FOR IT.

   We allow owners to edit their home facts to set the record straight in cases where public records are incorrect or outdated. Please navigate to your home details page and click the “Edit home info” link in the tools section on the left side of the page (you’ll be prompted to claim your home before you are allowed to edit the home facts). Once you edit the home facts, the next zestimate update will take the updated home facts into account when calculating your zestimate.
