ZillowListingZillow is an ever-more-important part of a broker’s digital marketing platform. Today, we’re excited to announce that Zillow is powering real estate search and listings for Google Now, Google’s latest update for Android mobile devices.

Zillow provides brokerages and real estate agents free access to Yahoo! Homes, HGTV’s FrontDoor, HotPads, Zillow.com, Zillow Mobile, and, now, Google Now. This is a terrific free mobile marketing opportunity for the real estate industry. Listings on Zillow will be seen by millions more mobile home shoppers in addition to Zillow’s 46 million visitors to its mobile applications and websites last month.

Anyone in the real estate community can take advantage of this terrific free mobile service that includes unlimited free photos on listings, and the Zillow Pro for Brokers program allows listing agents to be featured prominently at no cost. Zillow also supports free listings feed updates as often as every 15 minutes.

How does Google Now work? Google Now surfaces relevant information in real time.If you’re in the market for a new home, Google Now can provide you with nearby real estate listings, powered by Zillow. Plus, while you’re attending an open house, Google Now will automatically pull additional information about the home, including time on market, listing price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and year built, right there and waiting for you.

To take Google Now’s home-search experience for a spin, download the Google Search app on Google Play.
