Every time you close a transaction or even work with a client, encourage your customer to leave a review on your Zillow Profile. Customers trust other customers when selecting agents and lenders, especially online. Getting reviews results in more business. Here’s how to get more reviews to your personal review page on your profile:
- Use the “Request a Review” button located on your Zillow Profile (make sure you’re logged in).
- Send multiple requests at once using a bulk request form (up to 50 per day).
- Send your clients a direct link to your review form from your preferred email service.
Clients can also write reviews by searching the real estate directory and clicking on your profile.
You’ll always be notified when a new review appears on your profile. Once notified, be sure to share it across the social media sites you use such as Google+, Facebook and Twitter. Using the customizable Zillow Facebook apps and the reputation widget allows you to share outside the Zillow network.
