Happy Halloween!

Zillowlantern
Zillow employees absolutely love this holiday. Spooky, creepy, funny, and everything in between, the party planning has been going on for weeks. So, here’s a roundup of Halloween posts by real estate bloggers and some scary entries from Zillow Blog’s past.

•  360 Digest brings you House of Horrors that talks a bit about how you appraise a house where crimes have been committed.
•  Freddy’s home (was) for sale.  The perfect setting for a very scary Halloween party!
•  Heatmaps and trick-or-treating. For you Seattleites, discover where the good candy finds are.
•  Property Monger.  A new property manager has a cleaning lady horror story; not for the faint of heart.
•  Scary Famous Homes.  You’ve seen them in movies, now see them from the air.
•  If these walls could talk….  Homes you might want to reconsider living in.
•  Sellsius brings us the Haunted House brokers, when the movies just aren’t enough for you to get your fright on — and then follows that with A New York Ghost Story.
•  Leading the Real Estate industry in some frightful fun is St. Paul Minnesota Realtor, Theresa Boardman, who hosted the first virtual pumpkin carving contest (at least it’s the first that I’ve heard of).
•  And lastly, don’t forget to check out the Halloween Carnival on the Real Estate Tomato!

If we get some good shots at our Halloween party today, you can count on them appearing on a post tomorrow.  We wish you the best of luck on your candy hunts tonight.
