Carnival of Real Estate #73

Denny Oh of SanDiegOh (clever!) is the author and host of the 73rd edition of the Carnival of Real Estate. Denny’s passion for the San Diego Chargers came through loud ‘n clear as he dedicated the Carnival to the Chargers as a result of their surprise win in over the Colts in Sunday’s AFC divisional contest. Taking top prize was Jim Cronin of the Real Estate Tomato with his article, “How A Strong Finish Has A Real Estate Blog Article Generating Leads.”
The Carnival will make its next appearance on Monday, January 21 at Minnesota Investment Property. Please submit your best post by Sunday, January 20, to be considered. Why on earth are our crappy little condos at 4100 Lake Washington Blvd. No. in Renton, WA suddenly listed at over 400 thousand? Two years ago we could not get 175 for them. We added 55,000 each unit on exterior upgrades but that still doesn’t make any sense. If you can find buyers at that price send them our way. For 400 grand I can go anyplace in Seattle with the best lake views and large units and buy a LOT more.
