Carnival of Real Estate #59

It looks like Miss Teen USA 2007 Miss South Carolina, Lauren Caitlin Upton, was the inspiration behind the 59th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate, which is now live over at EKDAY (Every Kid Deserves a Yard). What does Miss Upton have to do with real estate? Nothing yet, but EKDAY thought it wise to give Lauren a primer in case she is faced with a real estate question. Groan. The carnival will make its next appearance on Monday, September 24 at ForSaleByLocals. In an exciting multi-cultural, multi-language twist, ForSaleByLocals is accepting carnival submissions in Spanish and Portuguese (and, obviously, English) and winners will be selected by language. Please submit your best post in any or all of those languages by Sunday, September 23, to be considered.
