Carnival_2Kevin Warmath of the North Fulton County RE Blog took the reins as host of the 44th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate, which is now live. For those of you unfamiliar with North Fulton County, Georgia, it’s an area just north of Atlanta, dominated by beautiful rolling hills and pine forests. In this week’s carnival, our own Rich Barton received a nod for his post on "My House is Pending!" Warmath wrote, "You can market until the cows come home but what sells houses is price and condition.  What REALTOR can’t relate to that?" Head on over and take a look at the other blog post winners.

By the way, make sure to check out the new and improved Carnival blog. While we were eating hot dogs and gathering with friends and family, Drew Meyers spent part of his holiday weekend switching the carnival to WordPress. So if you arrive on the CoRE site and think you’re in the wrong place, you’re not — the blog is just sporting a new look ‘n feel. Thanks, Drew!

The next carnival will be held on Monday, June 4 at Christian Real Estate Network. Please submit your best post by Sunday, June 3, to be considered.

Are you a real estate blogger and would you like to host a future edition or take a more active role in carnival administration? If so, get instructions on how to do so here. Please check the complete FAQ list if you have other questions as to how to participate.

Stumble it!

    Hey, “Zillow Team”. Your web site feedback doesn’t work, and you have no e-mail contact on your web site.

    Feedback just gives the message

    “We’re sorry, there is a problem with the site.”
    Yeah, you got that part right.

    “Please try one of the following:
    Use your browser’s Back button to return to a previous page.
    Check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization and try again.
    The link you followed might be broken or expired. Try going to the http://www.zillow.com home page and following the links there to find what you need.”

    Hey ANNOYED;

    I tried the form and didn’t get that error. Sorry for the frustration. How can I help?
