Carnival of Real Estate #34
By: Zillow Team, Zillow.com | March 19, 2007
The 34th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate is now posted at Mike’s Corner - Web 2.0 for Realtors. Mike must have a love of horse racing since he uses the theme "Win, Place and Show" in announcing the top three winners out of 28 entries.
The next carnival will be held on Monday, March 26 and will be hosted by miOakland County - The Scoop on Michigan Real Estate. Please submit your best post by Sunday, March 25, to be considered. Are you a real estate blogger and would you like to host a future edition or take a more active role in carnival administration? If so, get instructions on how to do so here. Please check the complete FAQ list if you have other questions as to how to participate.

Zillow is a JOKE! How does a retired travel agent become a real estate expert overnite? Is it his check book that qualifies him? He is misleading the general public of America with BAD DATA and irrelevant information. He should tell the American public what his real goal is—to sell your info as leads and to generate banner ad money on the site. Are we blind to this trap? We understand the FTC may be in the corporate parking lot up there at Zillow right now. Nevermind the annoying phone calls at dinner time. It is just another rookie loan officer trying to rip you off with a lead they got from Zillow.com! Enjoy America—as always you are the cattle being led to the slaughter house!!!

Dear SUCK, I suggest you catch up on your reading:
I recommend you read Zillow’s privacy policy to learn how wrong you are about Zillow selling leads to l/o’s.
I recommend you read our site’s about pages to learn the actual background of our company’s founders.
I recommend you read more about Zestimate values (http://www.zillow.com/howto/Zestimate.htm) before jumping to conclusions.
Have a great weekend!
