Carnival of Real Estate #28
By: Zillow Team, Zillow.com | February 5, 2007
Update: Today, we’re excited to announce that we completed the 1st CoRE Podcast. As a new addition to the carnival, each week, we will interview the host of the Carnival of Real Estate and get their opinion on that week’s submissions to the CoRE and on trends in our industry. Click the orange button below to listen to this week’s podcast with Zillow’s David Gibbons interviewing this week’s host, Greg Swann of BloodHound Realty.
Thank you, Bloodhound Blog for tapping our very own David Gibbons as the winner of the 28th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate. We knew David was good, but he really put his game face on last week (perhaps the Super Bowl inspired him?) when he crafted a well-written post on "Attracting a Conversation: Blog Comment Tips," which was part of a five-part series of weblogging tips we ran here on the Zillow Blog.
What’s most interesting is that Bloodhound’s Greg Swann — who is never short of innovation — deployed his team to conduct a "blind taste test" approach to choosing the winner in this edition of the Carnival. Hats off the Greg for a creative approach to the Carnival and to David G. for writing a runaway winner.
The next host will be on Feb. 12 at Rey Estate. Please submit your best post by Sunday, Feb. 11, to be considered. Are you a real estate blogger and would you like to host a future edition or take a more active role in carnival administration? If so, get instructions on how to do so here. Please check the complete FAQ list if you have other questions as to how to participate.
