Zillow.com Bird's Eye View Contest Rules
- Eligibility. No purchase necessary. Open only to residents of the U.S. who are age 18 or older. Employees, directors and contractors of Zillow.com and their immediate families are not eligible. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- How to Enter. Entry period is from April 12, 2006 through May 31, 2006. To enter, send an e-mail to birdseye@zillow.com with: (a) your name, (b) your e-mail address, (c) the address of the home (or the Web address link to the Zillow.com Web page for the home) you believe has the most apt, original and interesting appearance, as portrayed in an image from the Bird's Eye View feature on the Zillow.com Web site, and (d) a brief description of what you have found. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the contest constitutes permission to use entrants' name, entry and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
- Selection of Winners; Claiming Prizes. A panel of judges (comprised of Zillow.com employees) will select winners who have, in the panel's sole discretion, submitted the most apt, original and interesting Bird's Eye View images. Winners will be notified by e-mail that they are eligible to be awarded a prize. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and deliver to Zillow.com a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these contest rules and release of liability.
- Prizes. Up to 10 prize winners will receive one (1) $25.00 gift certificate to Amazon.comĀ®. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Zillow.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.
- Governing Law; Rules & Changes. The contest and these rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Washington. Entrants agree to be bound by these contest rules and by the decisions of Zillow.com, which are final and binding in all respects. Zillow.com reserves the right to change these contest rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the contest or any entrant's participation in the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Zillow.com's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the contest or Zillow.com otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the contest as planned.
