Every day tens of thousands of home owners, buyers and sellers are using Zillow to learn about real estate. They are searching for listings, tracking down an agent, or in pursuit of remodeling ideas for their home. Consumers are coming to Zillow to find answers— either through the resources we provide, or directly from you, the professional.
On Zillow is it free for you to create a profile page. Your profile can include your picture, a link to your website, details on your background and specialties, the areas you serve, and, of course, your contact information. With the launch of the Zillow Professional Directory, we’re making it easier for consumers to come to you directly for answers.
The kicker, however, is that you have to be registered on Zillow for these consumer to find you.
Through our listing feeds program, the contact information for the agent representing the home for sale is included on the home detail page. However, this alone does not put you amongst the tens of thousands professionals we currently have in the directory, nor does it allow for your photo to appear alongside your contact information on your listings. You must come to the site and register for this to happen, which is free to do. Make sure you create your profile using the same email address as the entity feeding us your listings is using, to ensure we can match your listings and your profile up correctly.
And don’t think this directory is just for real estate agents. If you’re a home stager, an appraiser, a contractor, and roofer, a carpenter, a lender, an architect, or even an interior designer— the Zillow Professional Directory is a great place to gain exposure to a growing audience of homeowners— and at no cost!
Over 150,000 real estate professionals have already activated their profiles and are part of the directory. Make sure you too are part of this growing community and can be found by future home buyers and sellers that are looking for a professional to guide them though their next real estate transaction.

Sara,
I have been blogging on Active Rain for some time and have read many of your “outside posts”. I did sign up for the professional directory, and posted a couple listings to see how they would look. My question is I want to down load my logo on to my listings and I’m not a C21 / C-banker Ect.. is there a way to post my logo in Zillow with my Profile.

There is only room to upload one image on your profile, most people do a picture of themselves vs a logo, but you can do either.
You have probably noticed some logos on property pages, thus your question. Today, the only way we can get them on the site is when a feed is set up to us. So the various brokers you mention in your question do indeed have a direct-from-broker feed set up, this is how their logo is appearing. Unfortunately, individuals can not upload a logo at this time. But that would be something good for us to look into adding, I’ll pass the suggestion along!
