Sacha Baron Cohen may joke around while playing one of his characters, but when it came to selling his Hollywood Hills home, he was completely serious.
The comedian and his wife, actress Isla Fisher, have a pending sale on their Los Angeles home in less than a month. The two listed the mid-century compound for $2.595 million in mid-February after previously listing the home for rent. They now call New York City home and rent a place at The Riverhouse in Battery Park City. The high-end, eco-friendly building is home to several celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio.
The home was completely renovated in 2004, right before Cohen bought it for $2.45 million in 2005. Fisher and Cohen were married in 2010.
High, beamed ceilings and open living spaces mark the classic mid-century home. Offering 2,806 square feet of living space, the home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a detached guest suite. Additional features of the home include a steam shower, gourmet eat-in kitchen, outdoor gym and plenty of outdoor living space, with pool, patio and mature landscaping.
Cohen and Fisher have two children and also own another home on Mulholland Drive that, at 5,377 square feet, is significantly larger than this Hollywood Hills residence,.
