Sacha Baron Cohen’s Los Angeles Home for Sale
He’s gone by Borat, Bruno and Admiral General Aladeen, but his Hollywood Hills home was purchased as Sacha Baron Cohen.
The comedian and his wife, actress Isla Fisher, have listed their mid-century compound for $2.595 million, according to The Los Angeles Times.
The couple previously had listed the home at 2950 Okean Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90046 for rent, as they now spend more time in New York, renting a place in The Riverhouse in Battery Park City. The high-end, eco-friendly building is home to several celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio.
Cohen bought the house in 2005 for $2.45 million; he married Fisher in 2010.
The 2,806-square-foot property features all of the classic marks of a mid-century modern: high, beamed ceilings, an open floor plan and large windows. Completely renovated in 2004, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a detached guest suite. Other amenities include a gourmet eat-in kitchen, outdoor gym and gorgeous outdoor living spaces, which feature a pool with spa, fire pit and multi-level deck.
Likely the home is getting too small for the family of four. Cohen and Fisher also own a 5,377-square-foot home on Mulholland Drive, in addition to the apartment they rent in New York.
The listing is held by L.A. real estate agent Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland.
