This Home Will Host the ‘Bachelor Pad’
Just on the heels of “The Bachelorette” finale, season three of ABC’s “Bachelor Pad” premieres. The reality show mixes love and good ol’ fashioned competition while pitting former “The Bachelor” franchise cast members against each other for a $250,000 prize.
Like any reality show, “Bachelor Pad” is sure to feature loads of drama and potential relationships, all in the background of a luxury southern California home.
It’s not the first time this Los Angeles-area home has been featured on TV. Villa de la Vina has been the location for the ABC reality-show franchise for many of the past seasons, although the most recent “Bachelorette” season took place in Charlotte, NC.
The Spanish-style home was last sold in 2010 for $1.7 million. Located at 2351 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills CA 91301, it spans 8,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains on nearly 10 acres, the Agoura Hills home is surrounded by gates — a necessity to keep the reality stars and cameras away from prying eyes. A center motor court and large living spaces are perfect filming locations, as are the large pool and spa.
The new season of “Bachelor Pad” premieres at 8 p.m. EDT July 23 on ABC.
