Chris Brown Lists West Hollywood Party Pad

Almost a year and a half after moving into a swanky penthouse, Chris Brown is moving out, leaving behind a wake of complaints from his West Hollywood condo neighbors.

While living in the building, the R&B singer repeatedly parked in handicap parking spots, blasted loud music and even raced dogs down the hallway at all hours, reports say.

Not exactly the kind of behavior expected in a building where units sell for over a million.

Brown’s penthouse is listed for $1.895 million and despite Brown’s reputation for being a partying neighbor, the place hardly looks worse for the wear.

In fact, the 3,000-square-foot condo doesn’t show any signs of the 23-year-old’s presence. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is elegantly staged and decorated. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture city views of Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevard. An open floor plan is dominated by a spacious kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and bamboo wood floors.

The modern home occupies the entire top floor with direct elevator access and also features high ceilings, a separate office, and “designer-appointed” bathrooms. According to the property history, Brown purchased the home for $1.6 million in February 2011.

Being accused of un-neighborly habits is the least of Brown’s offenses. In 2009, the former boyfriend of Rihanna pleaded guilty to felony assault of Rihanna and sentenced to five years probation and more than 1,400 hour of community service.

According to Zillow’s mortgage calculator, a monthly payment on Brown’s apartment would be $6,943 a month, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year-mortgage.
