Hulk Hogan’s Belleair, FL Mansion Takes Another Price Cut

Pro wrestler Terry Bollea, better known by his ring name, “Hulk Hogan,” is still trying to sell his Belleair, FL estate.

The 17,000-sq ft mansion was first listed for $25 million in 2006. With no buyers coming to the party, and a messy divorce in the works with ex-wife Linda, Hogan took the French country style manse off the market until 2009. The house, which was featured in the family’s reality show “Hogan Knows Best,” was then re-listed at $13.9 million. Despite the massive price reduction, the home has seen four more price cuts and is now patiently waiting on the market at $10.9 million – 58 percent below the original 2006 listing price.

Situated on 1.5 acres, Hogan’s Belleair estate includes a massive main house, a guest apartment, boat house, boat lifts and a floating dock. The main house features a master suite with his-and-her baths, 4 additional bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, extra large living spaces, an exercise room, and spa. As for house bling, it also features roof tiles imported from France, floors that are center-cut oak hand-carved in a basket-weave pattern, handmade leaded-glass windows, kitchen with custom copper sinks, hand-carved limestone and steel countertops, and a fireplace — one of seven in the house. Not to mention the gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Clearwater Pass to the Gulf of Mexico.

Hogan had a little bit of real estate alleviation, seeing the recent sale of his Clearwater Beach home. Originally listed at $2.3 million, the 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house sold for $1.65 million in April 2010.
