Flea Lists Malibu Home for $13,676,000
Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Michael Balzary (aka “Flea“), has listed his Malibu bluff-top home for $13,676,000, according to the LA Times’ Hot Property. Located on Encinal Bluffs at 32504 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265, the home was purchased by Flea back in 2007 for $9,980,000, reports Bob Goldsborough of Big Time Listings.
Lovers of open floor plans and “bringing indoors outdoor” design will go gaga over this 1980′s beauty. Killer views of the ocean, and tall, rough-hewn beamed ceilings — along with sophisticated surfer sensibilities — carry the mood throughout.
