$4,000 a Square Foot - and Mildew to Boot

Associated Press and CurbedSF have both picked up on the absurd story of a 77-square foot London flat going for $335,000… that’s $4,350 a square foot!
With an en suite shower and (surprise) mildew coating the walls, it’s characterized as an "investment"…and that’s before spending approximately $60,000 to outfit the room with heat or electricity.
Umm… pass.
