“Just Reduced” EZ Ads grab attention in a buyer’s market

With home sales slowing and housing inventory increasing to 4.6 million homes or 9.6 months’ supply, many people are recommending that sellers and their agents think beyond the obvious to gain buyers’ attention. But perhaps you’re not quite ready to start giving away flat screen TVs or a new Harley.
Over the last few weeks I’ve noticed an increasing number of EZ Ads focusing on attractive pricing – using messaging like “Just Reduced,” “Priced to Sell,” “Under Value” and “Make a Deal.” These ads are getting a lot of clicks, as many buyers are looking to take advantage of the current market and get a deal on their dream home.
With so many listings on the market today what are you doing to make yours stand out from the crowd? Why not get creative with EZ Ads? Make sure buyers in your ZIP code know about a good deal!

These are interesting. How have others been doing with these?

It’s so important now, more than ever, for your housing ad to stand out. The “Just Reduced” phrase works well and grabs attention. “Make An Offer” is inviting. Also the use of the latest technology helps such as 360 video views and as many pictures as possible.
